Given that our meals are produced in closely monitored facilities, once an order leaves our control and is sent to a customer, we are not allowed to accept and reuse any product.  If you receive a product that you do not enjoy or if the product arrives in less than acceptable condition, it will either be credited or replaced in your next order.
