Heating Instructions
Preparation
If frozen, THAW before preparing. DO NOT RE-FREEZE. Overcooking decreases quality. Cook thoroughly, for food safety and quality heat to internal temp. of 165ºF. Heating may vary depending on appliances.
For Best Results
Preheat skillet. Add 3 tbsp. of oil or butter and heat. Place blintzes in skillet, do not overcrowd. Cook on low heat for 2-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
Oven
Preheat oven to 350 F. Brush blintzes with oil/butter and place on a greased baking sheet. Place baking sheet in the middle rack of the oven and bake approx. 10 minutes.
