Heating Instructions
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Do not remove film overwrap prior to heating. Adjust timing and setting based on experience with your appliances. Times are based on cooking product from a frozen state. Cook until a minimum internal temperature of 165°F is reached. Important: use caution when removing film seal from dish as there will be steam released from packaging.
Oven Bake:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Place sealed meal onto a flat baking tray. Cook frozen meal for approximately 35 minutes.
Microwave (1100 WATT):
Pierce film. Heat frozen meal on HIGH for 5 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes prior to handling dish.
Promptly refrigerate any unused portion.

This was one of my favorites. I love salmon in general and always worry about a frozen dinner as it usually changes the texture of the salmon. It did not in this meal. It tasted just as if it were freshly prepared. Dianne R
