Meals for One-3 Full Dinners

Try our one-serving meals! As none of our side dishes comes in one-serving portions yet, we have included two sides in two-serving sizes, but the second portion can be refrigerated for another night.

Here are the meals:


  1. French Onion Soup and Fire-roasted Vegetables en Croûte.
  2. Jambalaya with Chicken Sausage and Brown Rice.
  3. Chicken Breast del Monte with Stuffed Baked Potato (2 meals) and Fresh Corn Medley (2 meals.)
  4. BBQ Baby Back Ribs, other half of potato and second portion of corn.
